The Story of Hibocambi

I’ve always been drawn to the water. Fishing isn’t just a hobby for me—it’s a way of life. The patience, the thrill of the catch, the respect for nature—it all shapes who I am. The name comes from “hippocampi,” the Latin word for seahorses, creatures that symbolize strength, adaptability, and freedom—just like the fishing lifestyle. Hibocambi isn’t just clothing; it’s a movement for those who love the water, who live for the next adventure, who feel at home where the land meets the sea.

Starting this brand hasn’t been easy. I don’t have a big budget—just determination, creativity, and a vision. I design everything myself, testing, tweaking, and pushing forward. I built a website, launched an Instagram, and started gaining traction, all while figuring out how to bring these designs to life. Every sale goes right back into making Hibocambi grow.
